Moving Out, Moving On

So, my mum kicked Steve out. We move into our new place on Wednesday so we were lucky to find somewhere in a week. :) We've (he's) spent alot of money. We needed to by furniture, whitegoods, cutlery, crockery, everything, it was really tiring. i am currently using paint (urgh) to make a detailed drawing of our wonderful house :)

I'm drivin'.

So, I passed my License test. Thank God, it's about time, you know how it is.... I am driving alot now, every day infact, I'm happy.

I am saving for a computer now, part by part. Whenever I can afford to I will be buying parts for it. I need a case first though, so we'll see how we go with that. Not sure how long it will take me to get the thing finished but I'll try my best. I should have enough for a case this pay but I'm not sure. I need money for the next week and a half so I need to make sure I don't spend too much. I need to leave money aside for petrol and food and uni so I think I might have to wait. The swap meet is on tomorrow so I'lll go for a look, not usre if I'll buy anything, we'll need to wait and see. But you know how these things are. I would really love to be paid enough to have 400 bucks to spare each week, that'd cover all my costs... I never have any money for myself.

Anyhow, I should be off now. I am at work with about half an hour to go, looks like I'll have to wait, not much is happening here today.

I haven't posted in a while. I am listening to Savatage again, found some new songs of theirs and have found they sound really good in the car while I'm driving.

Uni is good at the moment I am going well, I'm slightly behind at the moment as I need to print some stuff and do a couple of extra things for some classes, so I am flat out at the moment. Still once I have my PC I will be happy.as for now, just looking at my clock and it says I have 25 minutes to go before I can leave....still just waiting...
I'll go an do something else now.

Every wished you had money? I do at the moment more than anything. I need my license so badly. I have a centrelink debt that must be paid and I have about 4 bucks in the bank. I am stressed. I badly need the money. I hope to god I have enough money this pay to payoff centrelink. If not I'm going to have to ask mum for money to pay them and i'll have to pay her back. fingers crossed. I hope I don;t have to do that because I hate asking for money, especially my mum.

So here I am.

I'm getting closer to getting my license now. I have quite a few hours up my sleve now. I just really hope that when I go for it this time I don't screw up. I should be right. I'm alot more confident in the car now what I was about a year ago when I went for it. Which is a good thing. I'm going to have a few lessons with a different instructor and then go for my license with them. I'll be less stressed hopefully as the company I've chosen to go with have a guarantee that if I don't pass my license first time they'll pay for my restesting costs, which I thought was pretty good. I'm stressed about the whole thing because I can't afford to go for it again, so naturally I want to pass it this time around and get the whole thing out of the way.

I have a car, I KNOW I can drive and once i settle my nerves I should be right. :P

Right now I'm just at work and am sitting here waiting for a call.

I went to the beach on the weekend, it was good, Steve got burnt, I didn't well, only a little on my nose, but it's hardly worth mentioning. Anyhow, things are good and hopefully I'll be on my p's before the new laws come into play for probationary drivers.

There is a new law for Victoria stating that once a learner driver completes their practical driving test they will be on green p plates. (P1) for one year and then progress to (P2) afterwards if on their first year of driving they had no minor offences under their name. If they do then they must stay on (P1) for a further 6 months. This "appareantly" will make P Plate drivers safer on the roads and make them appreciate having their license.

I haven't got mine and I've tried for it twice! I think, under the circumstances I'm pretty sure I'll respect and appreciate having my license, since I have forked out so much money to go for it and have tried so hard to get the damn thing.

I've reached a point in my life now where I no longer can stand being on my L's it's become difficult for me and it's hindering my work as I will need to start at 6am some mornings and I can't expect my mum to sit in the car with me at 6am while I drive myself to work. Fingers crossed people. I'll get my license the next time I go for it. This time I'm going to make sure I'm ready to go for it.

It's raining so heavily today. Not exactly the nicest weather. But it's ok as I am inside and out of the rain. In fact, I am at work, with an hour and 10 minutes to go. :P

I got my car on thursday. I'm so happy. I had a couple of repairs done to it and then took it out over the weekend. Went out and bought seat covers, dash cover and a stearing wheel lock and now all I need is my license. To be honest I am a little nervous this time around as I have gone for it twice, and I missed out. This time I just want to get it. I've waited a whole year. I need to practise parking, 3 point turns and just brush up on some other general rules and I should be right.

I'm happy I at least have my own car. :)

Anyway, I should be off.

Well here we are for another year.

Today is a nice day. The weather is good, surprisingly. The sun is out and there is hardly a cloud in the sky. A slight breeze is blowing the tops of the trees outside while I sit here and look out the window, waiting for a call.

I'm here until 4pm today. I am now eating my lunch. Chicken and Sweet Corn soup. It's tasty, and just what I needed.

I'm looking forward to getting my new car. I'll be getting it this week. I tried to get a loan from the bank but was unable too. Nevermind. Mum and dad gave me the money to pay for the car and now everything will be fine.

I'm so very excited about it. I'll finally be one huge step closer to being independent. YAY.

I had the best new years. Went to a wedding, which was really nice. I hadn't been to a wedding before. The went to one of the guys from the wedding's place for drinks afterwards, and then we went into town to a few clubs, which was really good.

Was a stinking hot day, must have easily been 45 degrees in the clubs as there were so many people. The humidity outside didn't help either.

Still, I enjoyed myself, and so did the guys I went out with. Got blind drunk. My boyfriend skulled a bottle of port and regretted it the next day. I Passed out from the heat in one of the clubs.

Woke up sunday morning and felt rather under the weather, and I ended up sleeping for most of the day while Steve read a book.

All in all it was a good. Now I am looking forward to getting into the new year.
